Coaching and Camping Adventure Experiences
7th August 2020
Covid has been a bit of a pain this year to say the least so my coaching has taken a back seat.
This two day session Coaching & Camping Adventure Experience was during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Temperatures got up to around 30′ and it certainly felt like that on the ridgelines we walked.
These blogs are not about the conversation, which is obviously totally and 100% confidential, they are about sharing the images from the experiences.
As this was a camping experience as well I provided stuff like…
- Rucksack & rain cover
- 2 person
- Sleeping bag
- Sleeping bag liner
- Sleeping mat
- Pillow (no need to be uncomfortable!)
- Cooking equipment
- Head Torch
- Appropriate camping food (I can cater to most but not all dietary requirements)
- Maps, compass & protractor where required
- Water bottles & water filtration
- First aid kit
- Dry bags for your spare clothes. I don’t allow deodorant or makeup…so when I do a kit check before we walk expect them to chucked in the boot.
Fiona had only ever camped at festivals, and it did make me smile when she asked about bringing a trolley to carry her camping kit with her 😉
After a quick kit check, in which I threw out more than I allowed her to take with her, and put a few other items into my own rucksack we set off on an adventure that we both really loved!
